I've always found Apple's audio setup somewhat wonky for its AirPods and Beats products, and I'd say the same about the AirPods Max, although this isn't the position of many users. (2) The Airplay icon on my PC was not visual. This was due to my PC Security Firewall blocking ports that Airplay uses. This isresolved by configuring the security software. These minor teething problems were easily resolved by calling the support team at bower-wilkins on their 0800 freephone number.
