Simply click the button labeled “Create USB” and wait while Easy USB Creator converts the ISO image to a bootable USB. When you’re ready, press the “Create USB” button to begin. Please note that depending on the size of the ISO file and the write speed of the removable drive or USB stick, this might be a slower procedure.

0. This has nothing to do with Windows XP. When the computer starts up, try F8 or F12 or whatever button allows to access boot options, then select USB. If you however do not have a boot options selector, you might be able to prioritize the USB when it is connected through the bios SETUP menu, then find the boot settings and move USB to the top
Double-click the XPE cab file that you downloaded earlier. This is the file named "xpe-1.0.7.cab" or the like. Drag all the files in the window that appears to the empty "xpe" folder that you opened in the previous step. Click the up arrow on the Explorer window until you are viewing the "rescue" folder again.
Step 3. Navigate to Tools on the upper right corner of the window, and choose to Create Emergency Disk. Step 4. Then a new window will pop up, hit the middle icon to create a bootable USB. Step 5. Hit the Create button to get your bootable USB for Windows XP now.
1. On hard disk I have setup files for win xp xp3. Files are copied from setup CD, but now CD/DVD device is off. I need to create a bootable usb drive from this files, and tried various programs like WinToFlash, nlite, rufus, ImgBurn without success. Using the bootable XP flash drive, you can boot the OS to repair your computer or can reinstall XP to get a fresh start.
