Yes. Prophecies' PvE is not well-designed and not that enjoyable without other players. Factions and Nightfall are easier to digest, where Factions promises a quick and hard start while Nightfall gives you a medium-paced, handholding start (and Prophecies a very slow progression without that much handholding).
